The invention relates to laboratory equipment for research in the field of medicine and physiology research. The inventive microsensor system used to record the activity of neuronal cultures. The system includes a microscope with a matrix placed in it with a culture of nerve cells, the recording unit generated by nerve cells of electrical activity and stimulating pulse generator. Microscope is capable of digital photographic detection of fluorescence emission of nerve cells and matrix with a culture of nerve cells connected with said recording unit and stimulating pulse generator.
