The invention relates to the field of engineering. The fan comprises a housing mounted thereon wheel with rotor blades, the inlet fitting attached to a manifold which is attached to the housing, rotating the blade guiding unit formed with a cross section in an arc shape. New is that the rotary blade guide vanes installed in the inlet portion of the inlet pipe, wherein the pivot axes of the blades are parallel to each other in a plane perpendicular to the direction of air flow entereth.
