The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology in the treatment of near- and intraarticular fractures of the proximal and middle phalanges of the fingers. The inventive device comprises a carrier rod, manufactured from the threaded portion of the bolt-ties, four spokes and two fixing nodes (and repositioned in the base) are also made from nuts and bolts, washers screed.
