FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: smaller pectoral muscle is transected at an attachment point to the 3-5^th ribs. That is followed by separating, drying, and applying a latex fibrous adhesive in a layer of 0.1 mm. A muscle flap is laid on the subclavicular-axillary vessels. The flap is retained for 5-7 minutes. The flap is fixed with three interrupted absorbable sutures 3.0.
