FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: there are presented oligonucleotide primers for rapid evaluation of the presence of β-lactam stability determinants in pathogenic Burkholderia isolates by polymerase chain reaction in a combination with stating the identity of the detected β-lactamases to a specific molecular class.
