FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. A method consists in the use of screws and systems for transcutaneous transpedicular spondylosynthesis and systems for percutaneous vertebroplastic repair. Trepans are introduced in the pre-specified vertebrae (including those involved in the metastatic process) to the middle of the vertebral bodies above and below a pathological fracture. The process is EOC aided. A stiletto is removed from the trepans, and guide pins are introduced. The trepans are removed as guided by the pins. Screw seats are marked transcutaneously as shown by the guide pins with the use of a perforator and a marker. The marker shows the screw path only at a depth of a vertebral pedicle to the vertebral body Further, the trepans guided by the pins are mounted again. The guide pins are removed. Bone cement is introduced into the vertebrae through the trepans under the EOC control. Immediately after the cement introduction, the guide pins are introduced through the trepans. The trepans are removed; before the cement is completely hardened, transpedicular screws are inserted percutaneously through the guide pins and the prepared screw path into the vertebral bodies. The screw are finally fixed with a bar.;EFFECT: method is used to ensure the maximum stabilising effect of transpedicular spondylosynthesis and the minimum tissue injuries.;1 ex, 6 dwg
