FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to making laminar energy-release nano-structured films for permanent connection of materials sensitive to heating. Exothermal mix of powders of, at least, two metals of groups II-IV, VII of periodic system and/or powders of, at least, one metal of groups II-IV with, at least, one powder of nonmetal selected from boron, carbon and silicon. Mix is activated for 4.5-10 minutes at centrifugal acceleration of balls from 30 g to 90 g and mix-to-balls weight ratio of 1:20-40.
