FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking, particularly, to equipment for making plywood stock. Proposed unit comprises intake and feed mechanism 1, system of measurements with two preliminary meters 2 and measurement assembly 4 mounted at top support beam by joint 10, grip and coordinate mechanism 3, processing mechanism 5 with cutter 6 and elements 7 to attach said cutter to said drive, and drive mounting elements. All movable parts are mounted inside integral truss. Intake and feed mechanism incorporates removal element. Clutches of grip and coordinate mechanism are symmetric and provided with extra drive at second clutch. Said clutches are arranged in symmetry on gripper shafts and fitted in drive reduction gearbox location holes and fixed by levers intended for compensation of moment of rotation. Working mechanism with cases of cutter drive and driven shafts is arranged at crossbars of truss with plates whereat isolation pads are mounted. Cutter drive shaft is coupled with drive extending shaft to be mounted with the help of aforesaid compensation levers.
