FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method for evaluating the ovarian function in the breast cancer patients of reproductive age who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy, involving the blood serum test to determine the concentration of testosterone and follicle-stimulating hormone; the ovarian function is evaluated according to formula, and a value of less than 8.0 standard units and/or the concentration of testosterone than 0.320 ng/mL enables stating the depression of the ovarian function as a result of the treatment.;EFFECT: method ensures optimising the evaluation of the ovarian function in the breast cancer patients of reproductive age who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and extends the range of methods for evaluating in such a way.;1 dwg, 3 tbl, 4 ex
