FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics. Method includes carrying out under ultrasonic Bio-impendancemetry control elastography and puncture-aspiration biopsy of liver. is additionally performed when carrying out puncture biopsy of liver. Bio-impendancemetry is carried out successively at frequencies (Z), equal 1, 10 and 100 kHz, at depth 10, 20 and 40 mm from capsule. Average values of impedance are calculated at each frequency Z1kHz; Z10kHz; Z100kHz. Coefficients of bio-impedancemetry (K1, K2) are determined by formula: K1 = Z1kHz/Z100kHz and K2 = Z10kHz/ Z100kHz. If K16, and K21.5, presence of chronic hepatitis with minimal histological activity, without signs of fibrosis is diagnosed. If 3 K1 ≤ 6, and 1 K2 ≤ 1.5, hepatitis of moderate histological activity and fibrosis F1 - F3 are diagnosed. If K1≤3, and K2≤1, liver cirrhosis is diagnosed.;EFFECT: method increases accuracy of diagnostics due to determination of process activity at its early stages, increases patients' life quality due to reduction of trauma while carrying it out.;2 ex, 4 tbl, 7 dwg
