FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. Method of transmastoid-meatal access to middle ear structures lies in making skin cut in parotid area and separation of skin, covering planum mastoideum. Fascial-periosteal flap with base at auricle is cut out on planum mastoideum. "П"-shaped cut of skin of bone part of external auditory meatus with base towards cartilage part of said meatus is made perpendicularly to posterior wall of external auditory meatus, at the level of planum mastoideum. After that, retractor is installed and revision of middle ear structures is performed.;EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to ensure extended survey of all middle ear structures, making it possible in future realise revision of tympanic cavity by means of tymapanotomy, and opening all cells of mastoid process by means of mastoidotomy.;2 ex
