FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be applied in sealing sclera in case of retinal detachment. Seal is made in form of cylinder, rolled from 15-20 mm long and 10-15 mm wide strip of biomaterial "Alloplant for sclera bandage". Prepared seal looks like a 10-15 mm long cylinder with 4-8 mm diameter, having longitudinal suture from allotendon threads.;EFFECT: application of the claimed invention makes it possible to increase efficiency of surgical treatment of retinal detachment due to creation of dosed indentation roller with further gradual reduction of its height due to replacement of transplant with connective tissue.;1 ex
