METHOD OF STATIC PULSE CUTTING WITH GAGING OF PART BORE INNER SURFACES

FIELD: process engineering.;SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises cutting elements, their number being even. Their outer surface has taper lead and inverse cone arranged at definite angle to broaching axis and cylindrical bans arranged there between, grooves and ledges of equal width. Note here that said grooves are located at angle to broaching axis to make positive face angle in normal section to groove side surface. Besides, device comprises several tools, their number being equal to machined holes, and hydraulic cylinder accommodating hammer and waveguide. Waveguide allow applying static load and, by means of said hammer, intermittent pulse load. Also it has hydraulic pulse generator to supply hydraulic cylinder. Waveguide and hammer are composed of equal-diameter rods to transmit force to tools via rocker with tools and waveguide grippers.;EFFECT: expanded performances.;9 dwg
