FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: in order to passivate working surfaces of said devices, a solution of fullerene C70 in an aromatic solvent, e.g. dichlorobenzene with concentration of 0.5 mg/ml is deposited. Further, thermal drying is carried out to evaporate the solvent and the obtained passivating coating, having thickness of 10-100 mcm, is exposed to UV radiation.;EFFECT: high quality of operation of photodiodes, light-emitting diodes and lasers with coated working surfaces.
