FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to diagnostics in pediatrics. Method includes determination and evaluation of computer phonoenterography (CPEG) indices in dependence on detected type of peristalsis. Degree of deviation of CPEG indices in new-born children of both sexes from 5 to 28 day is determined. In case of the following values: sum of amplitudes of sound signals per 1 minute (Aav.) is 18.7-32.5 mw/min; quantity of signals per 1 minute (Fav.) is 110.1-153.1 em./min; average duration of sound signals, measured in seconds (Dav.) is 0.29-0.49 s, conclusion about normal type of peristalsis is made. In case of the following values: Aav. from 32.6 to 65.2 mw/min, Fav. from 153.2 to 286.2 em./min, Dav. from 0.50 to 3.3 s, conclusion about hypermotor type of peristalsis of low degree is made. In case of the following values Aav. from 65.3 to 77.5 mw/min, Fav. from 286.3 to 319.9 em./min, Dav. from 3.4 to 4.0 s, conclusion about hypermotor type of middle degree is made. In case of the following values: Aav. 77.6 mw/min and higher, Fav. 320.0 em./min and higher, Dav. 4.1 s and higher, conclusion about hypermotor type of peristalsis of high degree of manifestation is made.;EFFECT: method extends possibilities of diagnostics in new-born children.;3 tbl, 2 ex
