Performing cerebral magnetic resonance tomography, analysing T1 and T2 suspended images and assessing myelinisation of the cerebral structures are involves. If observing the primary myelinisation of: vermis cerebelli, crus cerebelli, crus cerebri, truncus cerebri, vestibular nuclei, thalamus nuclei, a severe delay of the cerebral maturity is diagnosed. A moderate delay is shown by the primary myelinisation within radiate crown additionally. A normal cerebral maturity is shown by observing the myelinisation, including within a posterior limb of internal capsule. The 6-month-old child shall be re-examined, and if observing the additional myelinisation within an anterior internal capsule, a proper level of the cerebral structures maturity is diagnosed.;EFFECT: method enables higher information accessibility of determining the maturity of the cerebral structures in the premature newborns that is ensured by simplifying the method for examination.;4 dwg, 1 tbl
