The multifunctional portable simulator for training power exercises and rehabilitation during posttraumatic period comprises a platform with the vertical racks attached to it with openings for fastening along the full length, and 2 pairs of mini-bars mounted on them with fastening for the rod on the opposite end. The ends of the mini-bars are interconnected by two removable long crossbars at different heights, and two removable short crossbars with blocks at the same height. According to the present invention the simulator additionally comprises the load platform made with the ability to move it up and down by placing it on the handles interconnected through the system of cables and blocks with the rods of the sets of balances.
