The aid (1) has a front book cover (2a), a rear book cover (2b) and sides (A-C) arranged between the book covers. The sides are connected with one another over a book spine. Marking units (5) are arranged at the respective sides, and the book covers are provided with respective recesses (6) for presentation of the marking units. The book covers are designed in such a manner that the book covers visually release the marking units in a closed condition of the aid. The marking units are dischargeable with pictogram-gluing elements (8), where the recesses are covered with a transparent cover.
