The device has a case containing a single mechanism in parts formed of cylindrical handle (1) and curved neck (2) causing distribution, presentation and setting of clips. Levers (7, 7a) are accessible from outside of the case. A removable, interchangeable hopper contains the clips. The mechanism is actuated to initially cause the setting of the clip by bringing the levers together, fast D-spacing of the levers in time, releasing the clip and allowing shrinking of crimper. An internal mechanism automatically positions the clips successively one after another inside the mechanism. The actuation of the single mechanism is obtained by action of single finger and a single hand of the operator or by similar action of remote control.
