The avalanche rescue system has a lifting body (2) and inflatable protector made of foldable material and a filling arrangement, where the lifting body is inflatable with the user. The lifting body is provided with a foldable skeleton (3) and a check valve that is connected with the circumference and is opened in the inner side of the lifting body.
