The infusion adapter (30) comprises a housing (5) having an extending liquid path including a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, and a diaphragm valve arranged along the liquid path and having an input and an output. The diaphragm valve further comprises a valve chamber bounded by walls, a soft valve membrane, and a valve seat. The diaphragm valve is arranged at the center of valve seat or in the periphery of valve membrane, to simplify the assembly of infusion adapter.
