Damping rod receiving mechanism i.e. shock absorber bearing, for hairspring balance of timepiece, has stone cons pivot whose tenon receiving surface is opposite to end surface of rod supported by mechanism and in contact with end surface
The mechanism (1) has a damping plate supporting a stone hole/structure integrated with a stone hole frame (9). Outer circumference of a support fixing unit is supported by an engagement part of the plate and inner circumference elastically pushes a stone cons pivot (10) against the stone hole/structure to hold the stone cons pivot. A tenon receiving surface (11) of the pivot is formed opposite to an end surface of a rod supported by the mechanism and in contact with the end surface, where the surface of the pivot is a curved surface projecting toward outside in convex manner. An independent claim is also included for a hairspring balance.
