The clockwork has a functional module (1) e.g. control module (16), for executing a horological function and preset in irreversible manner by irreversible fixation of adjusting and/or assembly components in the module after adjustment and functional control of the function performed on a test bench, where the clockwork is in the form of modular assembly.
