The element has an escape wheel (60) driven by a barrel through a gear train and comprising 40 teeth, where a vibrating oscillator of clockwork is mechanically connected to an anchor (80). The anchor has pulse surfaces (81a, 81b) to alternately receive a mechanical impulse of the teeth of the escape wheel so as to maintain isochronous oscillations of the oscillator and advance the escape wheel of a tooth at each alternation of the oscillations. An oscillation angle of the anchor is less than 5 degrees.
