The method for manufacturing a foam sheet, comprises inserting a design element into a mold, filling the mold with pre-expanded polystyrene beads, and forming a design element block using vapor. The foam sheet and the design element are present in a different color. The design element consists of a material as same that of the foam sheet, and includes an image, a logo, a signature, and/or a pattern. The foam sheet has a lambda value of less than 0.025. A top surface of the design element is located in the same plane, and is shielded to a top surface of the foam sheet. The method for manufacturing a foam sheet, comprises inserting a design element into a mold, filling the mold with pre-expanded polystyrene beads, and forming a design element block using vapor. The foam sheet and the design element are present in a different color.
