The waffle insert structure (1) has a trough-shaped receptacle (2) which is surrounded by a flange. The side walls (9') are projected beyond the surface of the flange to form a rib (15). The height of the bottom portion of a projection portion is smaller or equal to the height of bottom portion (7) of side walls. The surface of the flange is displaced downwards with respect to the upper edges of the side wall to form the circulating flange. A metal sheet is made of material consists of silicon.
