An apparatus for safety, from which a genuine emptying and filling a reagents container (24, 40) for a tissue processor (20),the a suction line (30, 42) for sucking off of a reagent from said reagent container (24, 40) and a pressure line (32, 44) for filling of the reagents container (24) with the reagent, wherein a mouth opening (31, 43) of the suction line (30, 42) of a mouth opening (33, 45) of the pressure line (32, 44) is spaced apart,characterized in that the suction line (30, 42) at least partially within the pressure line (32, 44) is arranged, wherein the reagent in the pressure line (32, 44) between an inner wall of the pressure line (32, 44) and an outer wall of the suction line (30, 42) can be guided.
