The system has a wheel trailer containing additional batteries (1a), and an alternator (3) which is fitted on the wheel trailer. The alternator is connected with the corresponding wheel trailer through a V-belt (7). The batteries are charged while driving, operating and turning the wheel trailer by appropriate electrical circuit. The batteries are charged depending on the electrical load circuit condition.
