The industrial furnace (1) comprises a facility to provide a procedural cooling air before a cloth filter to increase the heat recovery temperature. A heat recovery steam power process is pre-installed and coupled with economic optimization and reduction of residual oxygen, where a regulated superheater or hot-water-heater is fired in a supplementary manner. The procedural cooling air is provided for the increasing heat recovery temperature by using ceramic filter fabrics.
