The internal insulation unit has wall elements (10), which are attached to each other at an inner side of a building wall. The wall elements have a plaster support (11) and plaster layer. Multiple passages, particularly through holes (12), are formed within the plaster support. The through holes are distributed on a surface that is extended parallel to building wall. The through holes are filled with conductive porous, capillary material, which stands in connection with open-porous layer, particularly clay, lime, lime cement or cement plaster layer.
