The adjustment device has a carrier (2), a lighting component, and a linear element for pivoting the lighting component in horizontal and/or vertical axis. A deformation element made of Teflon(RTM: PTFE manufactured by DuPont Company) or Teflon-like plastic material, is supported at the contact surface of the lighting component and linear element relative to the carrier and/or the lighting component such that the deformation element is moved along a direction perpendicular to the normal direction, when the deformation element is driven in normal direction.
