The device (1) has an inlet opening (5) to receive to-be-filtered gas (3) and an outlet opening (7) to deliver filtered gas. The spraying electrodes (9) electrically load to-be-filtered particles. A collector (11) separates electrically loaded particles. A flow channel (15) is arranged between collector electrodes (13) of collector. The spraying electrode is centrally located in tubular flares (19) of flow channel along wave crest extending direction. The inlet and suction openings are arranged such that gas flows to collector through flow channel along extending direction.
