The structure has an inner electrode and outer electrodes (3) respectively connected with a planar cruciform waveguide shim (5) and a planar annular disc-shaped waveguide shim (8) by conductive spring elements (4). The waveguide shims are secured by spacers (9) located on a rear surface of a non-conductive base plate (1). The cruciform waveguide shim, the disc-shaped waveguide shim, the spring elements and the rear surface of the base plate are surrounded by a housing (10), where the waveguide shims are provided with a retainer (6) for the spring elements.
