The device has LED light sources (5) i.e. LED-chips, arranged at the LED field (1) in a matrix-type. A lens unit is arranged in front of the LED field for creation of light distribution. A preoptic unit (3) is arranged between the LED field and the lens unit and comprises preoptic elements (7) attached with the light sources. The preoptic elements are formed by junction sections (7') turned towards the LED light sources and mixing sections (7'') directly attached to the junction sections in a light radiation direction. The preoptic unit is made of glass material.
