The method involves receiving audio information i.e. short voice message, using a mobile terminal e.g. tablet personal computer. A communication link is created between the terminal and data managing device that is remote from one of the terminal and a receiving apparatus i.e. stationary personal computer. Audio information is transferred to the data managing device, and the link is created between the receiving apparatus and data managing device. The audio information is transferred from the data managing device to the receiving apparatus. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for receiving audio information using a mobile terminal (2) a memory device (3) a mobile terminal for performing a method for receiving audio information using a mobile terminal (4) a system for implementing a method for receiving audio information using a mobile terminal.
