The machine (1) has a including a pump area (20) formed between protruding sections of a piston (5) and a housing inner wall (8a) of a housing (8). The piston is maximally immersed in piston recesses (4) in an upper dead center (OT). The piston is maximally exchanged from the recesses in a lower dead center (UT). A suction side (S) of the pump is formed by enlarging intermediate areas in a piston protruding area (K). A conveyor side (D) of the pump is formed by reducing the intermediate areas during rotation of a cylinder block (3) from the lower dead center to the upper dead center. The secondary pump is formed as a charge pressure pump and a drainage pump.
