A valve structure (6) has an elongated flexible device (28) on exterior side of a plane of a lateral groove (22) of a catch element. The flexible device is partially and circumferentially provided around a catheter device (8). Valve structure is circumferentially arranged between catheter device and flexible device. A catch mechanism (32) is operated to reduce radial distance between the catheter device and flexible device. A portion of the valve structure is within the lateral groove, so as to immobilize the valve structure on distal end (16) of catheter device.
