The equipment (1) has electric drives powered by a battery (13) e.g. lead acid battery, and comprising a liftable and lowerable load-receiving unit (11) for ISOcontainers, where the battery is replaceable. The battery is provided above the load-receiving unit. A front portal frame (7a) and a rear portal frame (7b) are connected together in a region of upper ends via a top frame (9). The battery is arranged in a region of the top frame, where the battery has a supporting function, and the equipment is manually movable. The electric drives are in the form of electric motors. The liftable and lowerable load-receiving unit is designed as a spreader frame e.g. single-lift or twin-lift spreader.
