The plate (1) has a perforated plate (3) made of stainless steel, and a support plate (2) made of steel. The perforated plate is arranged in or at a passage aperture (5) in the support plate, and does not project over a top surface of the support plate. The support plate and the perforated plate are soldered with one another. The perforated plate and/or a cover are prefixed at the support plate over welding points for soldering process. The perforated plate has outer contour same as the support plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a flange plate.
