The flange has an exhaust gas-throughflow channel that is opened at a flange-front side. An insertion part is combined with a metallic flange sealing (22) which has an opening that is enclosed with an opening edge of the exhaust gas-throughflow channel. A radially outer sealing area is overlaid on the flange-front side outside the insertion part. The sealing area is arranged with another sealing area between the insertion part and the flange in a sealed manner.
