Biotechnological apparatus comprises bioreactor, exhaust gas conduit configured to remove gases produced in reactor vessel and exhaust gas temperature control device which is releasably connected with exhaust gas conduit by connector device
Biotechnological apparatus comprises: a bioreactor (1); an exhaust gas conduit (7) designed and configured on the bioreactor to remove gases produced in a reactor vessel (2) of the bioreactor during cultivation; and an exhaust gas temperature control device which is free of temperature control fluid and has a temperature control actuator (11), where the exhaust gas temperature control device is releasably connected with the exhaust gas conduit by a connector device (10) and the temperature control actuator is thermally coupled to the exhaust gas conduit. Independent claims are also included for: (1) an exhaust gas temperature control device for bioreactor, comprising temperature control actuator designed free of temperature control fluid and configured to control the temperature of the exhaust gas conduit of a bioreactor, and a coupling mechanism assigned to a connector device, with which the temperature control actuator can be releasably mounted on the exhaust gas conduit and thermally coupled to the exhaust gas conduit; and (2) treating an exhaust gas stream in a biotechnological apparatus formed with bioreactor, comprising removing a stream of gases produced during cultivation in reactor vessel by the exhaust gas conduit, controlling the temperature of the exhaust gas stream in the exhaust gas conduit by exhaust gas temperature control device which is designed free of temperature control fluid, such that the exhaust gas stream condenses at least partially, and providing at least one part of the condensate formed when controlling the temperature of the exhaust gas stream for returning to the cultivation process in the reactor vessel.
