The device (200) has a wire loop (111 star) formed based on two ends of a cracked wire (111) and closing a wire break (L star). A wire field is formed by a wire winding along rotation direction (U) of a front wire guide roller (101). Wire deflection rollers (201-203) i.e. tensioning rollers (204), are arranged in proximity of the wire guide roller and mounted in various positions. The deflection rollers are mounted at a support i.e. cross beam (210), which is mounted above the wire guide rollers. One of the deflection rollers is swingable around a pivotal axis i.e. lockable pivotal axis (221).
