The gauge has a piston (31) co-operating with a proximal wall (226) to define a liquid sub-chamber (25). An end (321) of a piston rod (32) is pressed by the piston. An open-side terminal (2112) is connected with a front terminal (411) or a pressure source (1). A cylinder-side hole (2111) is arranged in line with a guide bore (225) to guide the end of the rod into a tubular chamber (211). The sub-chamber and the chamber contain working fluid (26) such that inner pressure of the source is transferred to the fluid by the piston, where the pressure is exerted on the end of the rod and the piston.
