The shoe set (20) has an orthopedic shoe (22) i.e. safety shoe, selectively and interchangeably fitted with an insole element (32), a counter stiffening element and/or a tab stiffening element (38) for parameterization of the shoe. An insole of the shoe comprises an insole element receptacle (30), which is designed as a groove. The insole element comprises a spring that is received in the receptacle. A tab stiffening element receptacle (40) comprises a fixing agent e.g. Velcro(RTM: hook and loop fastener), for fixation to the tab stiffening element.
