The joint bearing (1) has a radial bearing area (5) with a bearing ring (6) comprising a cylindrical bearing bore (7) for receiving a cylindrical pin (12) and a cylindrical or spherical outer surface (8) arranged with a inner surface (11) of bearing shells (9,10). A thrust bearing region (16) has a pressure piece (17) for axially supporting an end surface (13) of the cylindrical pin (12). The bearing ring is provided with bearing shell and the pressure piece to receive the axial forces. The thrust bearing region is positioned radially inwards with respect to the radial bearing area.
