The aid has a handle body (2) comprising front and rear ends (3, 4), and a conically-running insert (5) made from thermo, elastomer, synthetic or biogenous polymer, where the front end has a recess (6). The body has a cylindrical hollow space (9) opened at the front and rear ends. The recess has an opening (11) running along a surface line, where the insert is inserted into the recess in a form-fit manner. Another recess is formed at the front end of the body, and comprises an opening running along the surface line, where a top surface of the former recess is made from ferromagnetic material. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for manufacturing a threading aid (2) a multi-purpose device comprising front and rear ends.
