摘要

The method involves producing tensile stress (28) in a region of a friction stir weld seam (14) in a resilient region. A lower side (20) of the friction stir weld seam is section-wise checked by a dye penetration test to detect a joining error i.e. root linkage error (24). Penetration dye is applied to the lower side of the friction stir weld seam before producing the tensile stress. A pattern i.e. primer, with irregular dot patterns is applied in sections to the lower side of the friction stir weld seam before producing the tensile stress.
