The method involves introducing molten thermoplastic into a cavity (2) of injection mold (1). The cooling medium is introduced immediately adjacent to the cavity of injection mold so as to reduce the heat of injection mold. The removal of heat from injection mold is controlled based on the temperature measured by temperature sensor provided at the surface of cavity. An independent claim is included for device for controlling temperature of workpiece manufacturing section in thermoplastic injection molding tool.
