The solar cell arrangement has several connecting wires (5) that are interconnected with each other. The connecting wires are soldered on solder pads (13a,13b) of crystalline solar cells (3). The wires are provided between the solder pads of solar cells and/or between other nearest solder pads of adjacent solar cells such that a wire strain relief portion is bent in predetermined shape. The connecting wires are formed of a material selected from the group consisting of copper, tin, nickel, aluminum and silver. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing solar cell arrangement.
