The system has an n-doped semiconductor layer (3), an electrical insulator layer (4) and a p-doped semiconductor layer (2) formed on a flexible substrate (1). An energy storage medium is formed as an electrostatic part and operated with voltage range greater than preferably 10 Kilovolt. Relative permittivity i.e. dielectric constant, of the insulator layer is five times greater than that of the semiconductor layers. Doping value of the semiconductor layers amounts to greater than or equal to 1019 per cubic centimeter, where the semiconductor layers are formed as doped silicon layers. An independent claim is also included for a solar module.
